We offer all this, along with a compensation package that includes health insurance plans, a competitive bonus structure, PTO, and a 401(k).</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$18 - $25 an hour based on experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time</li>\n <li>Monday - Friday</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide outstanding customer service for the patient; excellent chair-side manner</li>\n <li>Assist the doctor with all dental procedures</li>\n <li>Take radiographs of patients using standard dental radiographic equipment</li>\n <li>Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors’ schedules and patient flow; create no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patients; be present, engaged, and ready to work at all assigned shift times</li>\n <li>Help clean the office and treatment rooms</li>\n <li>Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment, as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart</li>\n <li>Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance</li>\n <li>Follow organizations safety policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Have knowledge and understanding of dental terminology sufficient to perform the job successfully</li>\n <li>Verify patient health history (basic health review, medications, understanding impact with dentistry) and document appropriately in patients chart</li>\n <li>Assist with other office duties as requested or needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of prior dental assisting experience is highly preferred</li>\n <li>Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of all company policies and rules</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>INDHRDA02</p>",
