    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Job Description</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full-Time Assistant Teacher</span> to join our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Infant/Toddler Classrooms</span>. This role supports the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and passionate about supporting early development through responsive care and play-based learning.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Candidates must be <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">16 years of age or older</span> and hold <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">current CPR/First Aid certification</span> (or be willing to obtain it).</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the lead teacher in the daily care and supervision of infants and toddlers</li>\n<li>Prepare, bottle-feed, and properly store breast milk and formula following health guidelines</li>\n<li>Change diapers and support toilet readiness as developmentally appropriate</li>\n<li>Engage children through age-appropriate sensory play, music, stories, and activities</li>\n<li>Observe children and support the development of social, emotional, and motor skills</li>\n<li>Comfort, soothe, and respond promptly to infants’ and toddlers’ needs</li>\n<li>Maintain consistent routines for feeding, napping, and play</li>\n<li>Supervise children at all times to ensure safety</li>\n<li>Track children’s daily activities and progress and communicate updates to parents</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff to support classroom routines</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment in accordance with health and safety standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No experience required — training provided</span></li>\n<li>Understanding of infant and toddler development and early childhood education practices</li>\n<li>Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for infant/toddler classrooms</li>\n<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>\n<li>Patient, nurturing, and calm under pressure</li>\n<li>Ability to follow detailed care plans and feeding schedules</li>\n<li>A balance of attentiveness, creativity, and practical problem-solving</li>\n<li>CPR/First Aid certification (required within 30 days of hire)</li>\n<li>Ability to complete all state licensing requirements and required trainings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Compensation, Benefits &amp; Growth Opportunities</span></p>\n<p>Base pay is determined by education and experience.
