This role ensures accurate and timely financial insights by building reports, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to improved decision-making and scalable finance processes in a high-growth environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes</li><li>Build and maintain recurring financial and operational reporting</li><li>Perform ad hoc financial and data analysis to support strategic initiatives</li><li>Deliver accurate and timely reporting following the month-end close</li><li>Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization</li><li>Develop scalable reporting and forecasting solutions</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and system availability during key finance processes</li><li>Collaborate with finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>Analyze large data sets to identify trends, drivers, and insights</li><li>Support ongoing process improvement and finance system enhancements</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance or a related analytical field</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis or a similar role</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships</li><li>Experience working with ERP, planning, or CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Cube, Salesforce, Orion) preferred</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies / Skills (Optional):</strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Adaptability and willingness to learn in a high-growth organization</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:</strong><br>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
