We blend design excellence with cutting‑edge technology to deliver exceptional client value, and as a certified Great Place to Work®, we embrace progress and innovation to create limitless opportunities for career growth.</p>\n<p>As part of Woolpert, Murphy Geospatial – A Woolpert Company contributes deep geospatial expertise across Europe, supporting complex infrastructure, property, manufacturing, utilities, and natural‑environment projects through world‑class data capture, verification, and governance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>Due to continued growth in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cork</span> and across <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Munster</span>, we are recruiting high-calibre <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">experienced surveyors</span> (minimum 5 years’ experience) to support a strong pipeline of infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, and industrial projects.</p>\n<p>These roles will suit individuals who:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are technically strong in field survey delivery</li>\n<li>Can operate independently or lead small teams</li>\n<li>Want exposure to modern survey technologies and complex projects</li>\n<li>Are looking for progression into senior / lead surveyor positions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery of topographical, control, and construction surveys across multiple project types</li>\n<li>Establishment and verification of control networks (GNSS, total station, levelling)</li>\n<li>Execution of setting out and as-built surveys</li>\n<li>Operation of modern equipment including:\n<ul>\n<li>Total Stations (Trimble / Leica)</li>\n<li>GNSS systems</li>\n<li>Laser scanning (RTC360 / ScanStation / SX series)</li>\n<li>UAV (where applicable)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Accurate capture and recording of survey data in line with project specifications</li>\n<li>Processing and QA of survey data using software such as:\n<ul>\n<li>AutoCAD / Civil 3D</li>\n<li>Trimble Business Centre.</li>\n<li>StarNet,</li>\n<li>Cyclone / Recap Pro / NavisWorks</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Liaising with site teams, contractors, and clients</li>\n<li>Supporting or leading survey teams on site</li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with Health &amp; Safety and company standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5+ years’ experience in surveying / geospatial engineering</li>\n<li>Degree or equivalent in Surveying, Geomatics, Engineering or related discipline (preferred)</li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Strong understanding of:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Control networks, traversing, and adjustments</li>\n<li>Construction and infrastructure survey workflows</li>\n<li>Experience working on live construction sites</li>\n<li>Competent in survey software advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Full clean Irish/EU driving licence</li>\n<li>Safe Pass (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n<li>Right to work in Ireland</li>\n<li>Senior candidates should also demonstrate:\n<ul>\n<li>Experience leading teams or managing projects</li>\n<li>Strong client-facing communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to drive productivity and quality on site</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits You Will Love</span></p>\n<p>At Murphy Geospatial – A Woolpert Company, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team where your expertise makes a real impact.
