    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Worthington Enterprises is seeking an <strong>Experienced Maintenance Technician - Nights (6pm-6am) </strong>with expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues. This role includes performing preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, and machine troubleshooting. A successful candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met.
