Core duties include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop detailed project plan, timelines, and milestones, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are achievable.</li>\n <li>Estimate costs (Pre Con), manage budgets, control expenses, and forecast financial requirements to keep projects within budget.</li>\n <li>Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.</li>\n <li>Negotiate and oversee contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with agreements.</li>\n <li>Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and onsite teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.</li>\n <li>Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise during construction.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records, including contracts, change orders, permits, and progress reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is not required, if experiences of 7+ years in the field, apprenticeship or similar education or experience in Complete Construction Projects.</li>\n <li>Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly advantageous.</li>\n <li>Several years of experience in construction management or supervisory roles are necessary to handle large-scale projects effectively.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential.
