    "description_html": "<strong>Solderer <br><br>Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00 an hour depending on Experience. </strong><br><br>Job Summary:<br>We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Solderer to join our electronics manufacturing team.<br>The Solderer is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit<br>boards (PCBs) and other electronic assemblies according to specifications and quality standards.<br>This role plays a critical part in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our products.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>- Perform hand soldering of electronic components including through-hole and surface-mount (SMT)<br>parts using soldering irons and other tools<br>- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions<br>- Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality and compliance using visual inspection and<br>magnification tools<br>- Rework or repair defective assemblies as needed<br>- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols<br>- Operate reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, and other related equipment as necessary<br>- Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve issues<br><br>Qualifications:<br>- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus<br>- Previous soldering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred<br>- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 soldering standards is highly desirable<br>- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail<br>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment",
