Also responsible for providing resolution to client service issues and technical support to laboratory personnel and clients.</p><p><strong>JOB FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Provide quality and timely response to internal and external client inquiries and requests</li><li>Communicate results problems and discrepancies to clients and follow issue through to a satisfactory conclusion</li><li>Track and trend client data as required</li><li>Identify client concerns, complaints, and trends and recommend changes to accommodate client needs</li><li>Set up new client accounts in LIMS and create required documents for sample submission for new clients</li><li>Maintain records of all client communications and requirements</li><li>Notify laboratory of special client requirements and monitor for compliance</li><li>Ensure compliance to ISO 17025 standards are maintained</li></ul>",
