Look forward to attractive bonuses, a company car, and numerous development opportunities with a base salary of <strong>$$52,800 - $55,440&#xa0;</strong>plu<strong>s</strong> bonus!</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>YOUR ROLE AT SIXT</strong></p><ul><li>You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution</li><li>You manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services</li><li>You ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections</li><li>You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators</li><li>You provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>YOUR SKILLS MATTER</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience and Education</strong> You have at least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred.
