Are you creative with a strong work ethic and have the drive to create a one-on-one connection with our audience, partners, and clients using social media like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok and more? If so, we invite you to apply and help us connect with our community, the fans and attract listeners.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $65,000.00/Yr.-$75,000.00/Yr.. </p>\n<p>Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.</p>\n<p>Audacy offers full time employees with a comprehensive benefits package to include:  health care coordinator, medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, disability, life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, paid time off (sick, vacation, personal, parental, volunteer), 401(k) retirement plan, discounted employee stock purchase, student loan payment assistance program, legal assistance, life assistance program, identity theft protection, discounted home and auto insurance, and pet insurance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.</li>\n <li>Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence</li>\n <li>Protect the station’s FCC license</li>\n <li>Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift</li>\n <li>Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly</li>\n <li>Operate the control board and perform production work</li>\n <li>Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts</li>\n <li>Other duties as required by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Required & Preferred:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5-year on-air experience, with Top 40 and/or Hot AC radio format experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be an excellent and creative communicator that is a master of mass appeal pop culture content that can articulate in an entertaining and organic manner to a Generation X and Millennial audience.</li>\n <li>Must be knowledgeable and a fan of Top 40 and Hot AC music and have an understanding on how to relate it to the audience.</li>\n <li>Must be collaborative and work closely with station management and peers, both as part of a collective on-air show and with other dayparts, on content strategy</li>\n <li>Must have solid skills in audio production and have a strong working knowledge of using production and on-air studio equipment and software applications like Adobe Audition, Wide Orbit, VoxPro</li>\n <li>Adhere to all company policies and guidelines of station, company, and FCC.</li>\n <li>Show prep, including format related content, pop-culture content and local content; writing and posting web and social media content; writing and delivering commercial or personal endorsement content.</li>\n <li>Hosting regular air shifts, plus other voice-tracked shifts as assigned.</li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Important Notes:</h2>\n<p>Please be aware that Audacy will <strong>never</strong> ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
