As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Patient Assessment:</strong> Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.</li>\n <li><strong>Treatment and Education: </strong>Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.</li>\n <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible</li>\n <li><strong>Certification:</strong> Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).</li>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
