You'll be part of an agile and dynamic workplace where today's solutions are built for tomorrow's challenges.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span><br>•   Implementing and assisting Program Managers with cost-to-complete forecasting, as well as variance analysis and risk/opportunity assessment<br>•   Drive improvements in cost visibility and financial discipline across projects.<br>•   Act as a trusted finance partner to project management, operations, procurement, and commercial teams.<br>•   Challenge assumptions underpinning project forecasts, investment cases, and operational plans.<br>•   Provide clear, commercially focused insight to support decision-making at all levels.<br>•  Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives, efficiency improvements, and margin enhancement opportunities.<br>•  Lead the design and implementation of best-in-class project accounting processes and controls.<br>•   Improve forecasting accuracy and financial governance across the project lifecycle.<br>•   Embed a culture of accountability, cost control, and continuous improvement.<br>•   Working with operational and project support teams to drive change and professionalise our business.<br>•   Report on a regular basis across key projects the progress we are achieving.<br>•   Prepare and deliver clear, impactful financial presentations for senior management<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To thrive in this role, you should bring:</span><br>•  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.<br>•  Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is required.<br>•  Proven experience in project accounting and business partnering within Engineering, Automotive, Logistics, or other long term contract environments<br>•  Track record of challenging management assumptions and driving improved financial outcomes.<br>•   Experience working cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and commercial teams.<br>•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling is a plus.<br>•  Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.<br>•  Attention to detail with a proactive and curious mindset.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Why Armstrong Fluid Technology?</p>\n<p><br>By joining us, you’ll become part of a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fluid-flow technology while upholding Armstrong's commitment to sustainability.
