Minimum 5 years of hands-on skills on one or more of the following technologies: Checkpoint or Cisco firewall; Cisco switch; Web Application Firewall such as Barracuda. Good hands on experience in configuring firewall policies, VPN access, Intrusion Prevention system (IPS), Intrusion detection system (IDS), Web application firewall.</span></b></p><p><b><span>2.         Minimum 3 years hands-on experience on enterprise load balancer such as F5</span></b></p><p><b><span>3.         Experience in Upgrades, Solution designing and implementation of various security products.</span></b></p><p><b><span>4.         Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles and processes. </span></b></p><p><b><span>5.         Demonstrated knowledge of security domains and best practices.</span></b></p><p><b><span>6.         Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint.</span></b></p><p><b><span>7.         Strong written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with peers and communicate at all levels within the organization.</span></b></p><p><b><span>8.         Ability to provide Tier 3 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment.</span></b></p>",
