You will be responsible for managing the corporate control of the group’s entities, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory obligations, as well as overseeing and tracking the litigation matters involving the company.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage the corporate control of the group’s entities (corporate books, powers of attorney, notices, minutes, corporate structure, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Shareholders’ meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Board of Directors meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Unanimous resolutions adopted outside of meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Draft and review corporate documentation (notices, minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, certifications, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage and monitor litigation matters, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Status tracking of each case (filed and received claims/lawsuits)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deadlines and procedural calendars</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordination with external law firms</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support compliance with regulatory obligations before authorities such as the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), Bank of Mexico (BANXICO), and National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with notaries, external counsel, and internal teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support in-person legal and regulatory procedures, including filings, court follow-ups, and interactions with authorities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+  years of experience in:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Corporate governance / corporate law</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Law firm, notary office, or in-house legal roles (experience with regulated entities is a plus)</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Advanced English level</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong legal drafting skills and clear communication abilities (written and verbal).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
