The architect will define end-to-end Salesforce architecture, lead complex implementations, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Salesforce Architecture &amp; Solution Design</strong></p><ul><li>Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Field Service implementations</li><li>Design scalable solutions using Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities</li><li>Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices</li><li>Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Salesforce Field Service Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Architect solutions leveraging Salesforce Field Service, including:<ul><li>Work Orders, Service Appointments, Assets, and Entitlements</li><li>Scheduling, Optimization, Dispatcher Console, and Emergency Workflows</li><li>Skills-based routing, Service Territories, and Operating Hours</li><li>Field Service Mobile App configuration and offline capabilities</li></ul></li><li>Design complex scheduling and optimization strategies for large technician workforces</li><li>Enable asset-centric service models and preventive maintenance use cases</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Leadership &amp; Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants</li><li>Review solution designs, configurations, and code for quality and compliance</li><li>Drive architectural governance through design reviews and documentation</li><li>Resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks</li></ul><p><strong>Integration &amp; Data Architecture</strong></p><ul><li>Design and oversee integrations with ERP, Inventory, IoT, GIS, and third-party scheduling systems</li><li>Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Middleware (MuleSoft preferred)</li><li>Architect data migration and data quality strategies</li><li>Ensure data security, sharing, and compliance across integrated systems</li></ul><p><strong>Automation, Customization &amp; Performance</strong></p><ul><li>Architect automation using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Validation Rules</li><li>Optimize system performance for high-volume work orders and mobile users</li><li>Define strategies for bulk processing, error handling, and monitoring</li></ul><p><strong>Agile Delivery &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders</li><li>Provide architectural input during backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning</li><li>Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language</li><li>Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization</li></ul><p><strong>Security, Compliance &amp; Release Management</strong></p><ul><li>Design Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing rules</li><li>Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable)</li><li>Define CI/CD strategy and DevOps best practices using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
