    "description": "<p>We are looking for an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BI Developer</span> to join our team and take ownership of designing and delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights by building scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data is modeled, visualized, and delivered in a way that drives real business value.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop advanced BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support business decision-making</li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into clear reporting and visualization solutions</li>\n<li>Build and maintain data models optimized for reporting and analytics</li>\n<li>Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting performance and scalability</li>\n<li>Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data sources and well-structured datasets for reporting</li>\n<li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting solutions</li>\n<li>Work with stakeholders to identify key business metrics and KPIs</li>\n<li>Maintain and improve existing reporting solutions and dashboards</li>\n<li>Use modern BI tools to deliver intuitive, user-friendly visualizations and analytics</li>\n<li>Leverage AI capabilities within BI tools to enhance insights, forecasting, and automated analysis<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles</li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tableau or Tableau Next (preferred)</span> or other enterprise BI tools such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power BI, Qlik, or MicroStrategy</span></li>\n<li>Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases</li>\n<li>Experience designing data models for reporting and analytics</li>\n<li>Experience building dashboards and reports used by business stakeholders<br></li>\n<li>Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and KPI design</li>\n<li>Ability to translate business questions into analytical and reporting solutions<br>Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data lakes or data warehouse environments</span></li>\n<li>Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Python for data analysis or automation</span></li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</span></li>\n<li>Understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">modern data stack and analytics architectures</span></li>\n<li>Experience working closely with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data engineering teams</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time employment</li>\n<li>Working from home possibility</li>\n<li>Private health insurance</li>\n<li>Monthly Gym membership</li>\n<li>Access to education and professional improvement</li>\n<li>Working with great people in a culture that supports both autonomy and collaboration</li>\n<li>Office perks: great location, modern equipment, unlimited coffee &amp; tea, fruits, spacious lounge area</li>\n<li>Team building activities</li>\n</ul>",
