    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">The Hospital Account Specialist -is responsible to the District Sales Manager for the execution and / or achievement in assigned area, of sales objectives, promotional programs, account visit plans, special projects and the observance of established company policies, rules and standards applicable to these.</span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">He/she will cover areas within Quezon City, Marikina and Rizal.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensures that assigned sales targets are regularly achieved.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Visits assigned sales channels regularly (hospital and independent pharmacies and others) and tracks sales orders and stock inventories</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Visits assigned health institutions and health care professionals regularly, critical to the generation of prescriptions and conversion of sales opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyses / monitors regularly the sales potential and possible development of the assigned area.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintains an exceptional level of knowledge about Ever Philippines products, their medical/scientific backgrounds and the promotional theme used for these products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leads in the organizing and staging of projects and submits a report for each one conducted in assigned area.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepares Business Plans at the start of the year and periodically monitors progress.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintains and secures company assets assigned or issued.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Submits required reports on time.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 5 years' experience within<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">multinational pharmaceutical companies preferably with exposure and franchise with Neurologists and Neurosurgeons</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Thorough product knowledge (own product and competition and mastery of all relevant clinical trials)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High level of commitment, goal, and result orientation as well as excellent people and Influencing skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication (oral and written English) including presentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Astute Business Sense.
