font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Supports project requirements and acquisition program management, including procurement activities and documentation.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Assists in developing acquisition documents following USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, and FAR regulations.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Creates and delivers requirements documentation to the Government, and assists with Market Research, AoA documentation, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE).</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Collects and analyzes data for project costs, creates cost estimation templates, and develops baseline estimates.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Manages project funding, tracks financial actions, and reports on budgets using TRIRIGA.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Plans maintenance and repair, provides budget recommendations, and tracks project documentation and funding.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Oversees construction projects from initiation to close-out, working with end users and agencies like USACE, FAA, and GSA.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Ensures project data is maintained in systems like SharePoint, SAP, WMS, and TRIRIGA.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Monitors project progress, ensures quality assurance, and provides technical support and problem-solving during site visits.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">Assists with environmental task oversight, site evaluations, and developing project documents such as PRDs and SOWs.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black;
