          "text": "<p>We are currently hiring for Process Operators to work in our Refinery department in LDC Yorkton's Canola crushing and processing facility (existing and/or expansion).&#xa0;</p><p>Primary Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Operate processing equipment in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Adhere to safety policies and standards set forth by the company.</li><li>Monitor and log process information.</li><li>Troubleshoot process and mechanical issues throughout the facility.</li><li>Perform housekeeping duties in compliance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Conduct in process quality checks through various sampling methods.&#xa0;</li><li>Operate various pieces of PME.</li><li>Report deficiencies/issues to department management.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Must have 2 years of previous work experience in an industrial setting.</li><li>Must have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Must&#xa0;participate in shiftwork rotations and overtime in a facility which has continuous operations, working 200 hours in a 5 week period, including day and night shifts, weekends, holidays, etc. &#xa0;</li><li>Must be able to work at heights, as well as frequently climb stairs and ladders as required for the responsibilities of the job.</li><li>Must be able to&#xa0;withstand extended periods of walking and standing.</li><li>Must be able to move, lift, push, pull and grasp&#xa0;manufacturing materials, products and equipment of 50 lbs&#xa0;or more, which may require regular bending and crouching.&#xa0;</li><li>Able to thrive and work in fast-paced, challenging and changing environments, including hot/cold outdoors/indoors, varying degrees of dirt, dust, odor, sound, etc.&#xa0;</li><li>Able to follow written and verbal instructions.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude, effective oral and written communication skills, and basic numerical skills are required.&#xa0;</li><li>Well-organized, self-motivated and action oriented.&#xa0;</li><li>Committed to working safely, efficiently and effectively within a team environment. &#xa0;</li><li>Must possess a passion for the agriculture industry, and ambitious to grow with a company.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li></ul>",
