The Practice Lead focuses on business development and plays an integral role in managing and growing RESPEC’s water services. The ideal candidate will have the following: Bachelor’s or masters of science degree in civil, environmental engineering, or a closely related field Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Dakota Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in water resources engineering, stormwater design, and hydrology/hydraulics Experience with CAD, GIS and modeling software such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RES, RAS 2D, SMS SRH2D, InfoWorks ICM, StormCAD, or SWMM Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
