          "text": "<p>The ideal candidate will have the following:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or masters of science degree in civil, environmental engineering, or a closely related field</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Dakota</li><li>Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in water resources engineering, stormwater design, and hydrology/hydraulics</li><li>Experience with CAD, GIS and modeling software such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RES, RAS 2D, SMS SRH2D, InfoWorks ICM, StormCAD, or SWMM</li><li>Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel</li></ul>",
