Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to; providing direction to team members, provide customers with efficient and courteous customer service, upholding merchandising standards, receiving and stocking of orders, maintaining a clean warehouse and overstocking area, and assisting with inventory maintenance. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail and: You have excellent customer service skills You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to problem solve . You are strong in technical knowledge and experience You have excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational skills You are highly motivated. You have the ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation and teamwork. You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated and strive to be the best in what you do. Willing to travel between all Homestead locations as needed. Must have a minimum of Grade 12 or G.E.D. Must have previous experience of 3-5 years in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities, with preference to Home Centre experience. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days and weekends (Saturdays). Alignment with Homestead Co- op’s values of Integrity, Excellence and Responsibility.
