This role ensures projects are properly scoped, estimated, contracted, and executed while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager works closely with a Construction Superintendent, who manages daily field operations.\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span>\n<ul>\n<li>\nManage the overall customer and client experience from project start to closeout\n</li>\n<li>\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors\n</li>\n<li>\nEvaluate, scope, and sell construction projects\n</li>\n<li>\nEducate customers on the construction process, schedules, and expectations\n</li>\n<li>\nDevelop detailed scopes of work\n</li>\n<li>\nPrepare, review, and manage project estimates and budgets\n</li>\n<li>\nNegotiate project scope, pricing, and contract terms\n</li>\n<li>\nSet clear expectations regarding schedule, cost, and execution\n</li>\n<li>\nCollect deposits, progress draws, and final payments\n</li>\n<li>\nMaintain accurate and complete project documentation and job files\n</li>\n<li>\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders\n</li>\n<li>\nTrack project costs and manage expenses through closeout\n</li>\n<li>\nAssist with financial closeout and final payment collection\n</li>\n<li>\nRecruit, train, onboard, and manage personnel as needed\n</li>\n<li>\nOversee and manage  warranty-related activities\n</li>\n<li>\nEnsure all required permits are obtained and maintained\n</li>\n<li>\nIdentify, qualify, and manage subcontractors and suppliers\n</li>\n<li>\nManage company equipment, tools, and materials assigned to projects\n</li>\n<li>\nEnforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with all safety and risk management policies\n</li>\n<li>\nBe capable of performing the duties of the Construction Coordinator and Construction Superintendent when required\n</li>\n<li>\nContinue developing leadership, management, and construction expertise\n</li>\n<li>\nBuild and maintain a reliable, high-quality subcontractor base\n</li>\n</ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management preferred</span>\n</li>\n<li>\nStrong understanding of construction means and methods\n</li>\n<li>\nProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors\n</li>\n<li>\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills\n</li>\n<li>\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n</li>\n</ul>",
