    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Summary of Position</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Play a critical role in the quality, safety, and production at IDEAL Industries. Support day-to-day operations by performing tests, inspections, measurements, and documentation. Perform precision layout inspections and maintaining the gage calibration system and track compliance in the software system. Program and operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Vision System referring to blueprints, engineering specifications, and job instruction sheets.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Essential Job Functions</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Actively engage in responsibilities and initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comply with and contribute to the continuous improvement of company policies, processes and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform varied quality assurance tasks with minimal supervision such as testing, inspection, measurement, and documentation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform and follow up on investigations into quality problems and customer complaints.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform precision layout inspections, including first piece and on and off-site.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain the gage calibration system to assure compliance to ISO 9001.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Program and operate the Vision System and CMM to verify that the product is compliant with engineering specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate activities for Underwriters Laboratory, Canadian Standards Association, and General Service Administration inspectors.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Train machine operators and quality assurance team members of inspection techniques and systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete documentation and tracking on spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and gage calibration software system.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use various tools, machines, and equipment including, but not limited to, personal computers, basic office equipment, and various metrology equipment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor work visually and dimensionally referring to blueprints, engineering specifications, and job instruction sheets.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Regularly
