    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><img src=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/cccustom/Client/Recruitment/a&m%20color%20logo%20(2)%20%5Bconverted%5D%20-%20copy_c8800acc-219e-4f94-943e-655e4e3eb5ab.png\" style=\"width: 182px;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib fr-fil\"></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>A &amp; M Cheese</strong> is a processor and distributor of fine cheeses in the US, and is currently looking for you to fill the role of a Sanitation Worker at our Toledo, OH location and become part of our 2<sup>nd</sup> shift team.&nbsp;</p><p>As a <strong>Sanitation Worker,</strong> you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment in the plant in compliance with customer specifications and with company policy related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Clean and sanitize equipment using hoses, chemicals, and scrubbing.</li><li>Read chemical labels to ensure safe applications.</li><li>Manually scrub certain areas of machines using brushes or scrub pads.</li><li>Cleaning of the production area.</li><li>Disassembling equipment.</li><li>Perform all assignments or job tasks according to the stated safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies, and Procedures.</li><li>Other responsibilities as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).</li><li>General understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.</li><li>Ability to make decisions based on standard practices.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot, and problem-solve.</li><li>Basic understanding of sanitation processes and related equipment.</li><li>Ability to run sanitation equipment.</li><li>Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate safety labels on chemical containers.</li><li>Ability to constantly stand/walk; bend/flex/extend neck; frequently grip/reach/lift/pull with L/R hands.</li><li>Hair nets, earplugs/muffs, and/or safety glasses may be required.</li><li>Ability to work overtime as needed with little or no notice.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule - 2nd Shift&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Monday - Thursday 12:00 pm &ndash; 9:30 pm</li><li>Fridays as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00</li><li>Paid Time Off&nbsp;</li><li>Medical, Rx, dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li>Basic &amp; Voluntary Life Insurance&nbsp;</li><li>401(k) with a company match.</li><li>Discounts at our retail marketplace.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div>\n",
