This position assists guests with machine use, basic &nbsp;&nbsp;troubleshooting, payouts, and general inquiries to ensure a positive and &nbsp;&nbsp;engaging gaming experience.</p><p><br></p><p>The Slot Attendant &nbsp;&nbsp;plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment, promoting &nbsp;&nbsp;responsible gaming, and supporting smooth daily operations in compliance with &nbsp;&nbsp;Tribal Gaming Regulations and National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) &nbsp;&nbsp;standards.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions.</strong> <em>An &nbsp;&nbsp;individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with &nbsp;&nbsp;or without reasonable accommodation:</em></p><p><br></p><p>· <strong>Guest Service &amp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Engagement</strong></p><p>· Greet and interact &nbsp;&nbsp;with guests in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner.</p><p>· Provide assistance &nbsp;&nbsp;with slot machine operation, player cards, and general gaming questions.</p><p>· Proactively engage &nbsp;&nbsp;guests to enhance their experience and encourage return visits.</p><p>· Address guest concerns &nbsp;&nbsp;or complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.</p><p>· <strong>Slot Floor Support</strong></p><p>· Assist guests with &nbsp;&nbsp;minor machine issues (e.g., bill jams, ticket errors, basic resets).</p><p>· Process jackpots and &nbsp;&nbsp;hand pays in accordance with internal controls and procedures.</p><p>· Monitor slot machines &nbsp;&nbsp;to ensure they are clean, functional, and ready for use.</p><p>· Report machine &nbsp;&nbsp;malfunctions or irregularities promptly to Slot Technicians.</p><p>· <strong>Compliance &amp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Security</strong></p><p>· Follow all Tribal &nbsp;&nbsp;Gaming Regulatory Authority (TGRA) policies and NIGC regulations.</p><p>· Verify guest &nbsp;&nbsp;identification for jackpots and payouts as required.</p><p>· Maintain strict &nbsp;&nbsp;adherence to cash handling procedures and internal controls.</p><p>· Remain alert to &nbsp;&nbsp;suspicious activity and report concerns immediately.</p><p>· <strong>Operational Support</strong></p><p>· Assist with player &nbsp;&nbsp;rewards programs, promotions, and events on the gaming floor.</p><p>· Maintain cleanliness &nbsp;&nbsp;and organization of the slot floor.</p><p>· Support team members &nbsp;&nbsp;during peak hours and special events.</p><p>· Participate in shift &nbsp;&nbsp;briefings and ongoing training.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>",
