          "text": "<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><p>✔ Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, Drafting &amp; Design or related field (preferred).</p><p>✔ 6+ years of industrial electrical and instrumentation design experience in environments such as chemical, refinery, fertilizer or similar industrial facilities.</p><p>✔ Strong experience developing electrical and instrumentation documentation, including one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, cable schedules and panel layouts.</p><p>✔ Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as NEC (NFPA 70) and NFPA 70E.</p><p>✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required; 3D modeling experience preferred).</p><p>✔ Ability to interpret P&amp;IDs, vendor drawings and technical documentation.</p><p>✔ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.</p><p>✔ A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p>➕ Experience working in brownfield operating facilities.</p><p>➕ Familiarity with tools such as Navisworks, Bluebeam or SAP.</p><p>➕ Exposure to control systems or automation platforms such as Siemens PCS-7.</p><p>➕ Field experience supporting construction, commissioning or as-built documentation.</p>",
