          "text": "<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Lead Worship for student services (JH + HS) at designated campus</li><li>Recruit, Develop, and Maintain volunteer musicians</li><li>Schedule and communicate with volunteer musicians&#xa0;</li><li>Learn and execute selected music at a high level of excellence</li><li>Maintain availability to Campus Team 1 day a week on designated campus</li><li>Maintain availability for weekly 1:1’s with their direct report as needed</li><li>Work with their campus’ Student Pastor, as well as other ministry staff to carry out the CCV Students vision as it pertains to the worship experience</li><li>Make Junior High and High School Camp/Events a priority by attending and engaging as needed&#xa0;</li><li>Contribute creatively to CCV Music culture as needed</li><li>Participate in Music Team meetings (PEO campus) during the week as needed</li><li>Attend All Staff meetings for leadership development and team building 1/mo.</li></ul>",
