      "value": "<ul><li>At least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing or managing SAP SuccessFactors in your area of specialization.</li><li>Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications for the relevant modules and implementation experience are essential. </li><li>Solid understanding of processes within your specialization and ability to bridge HR needs with system capabilities (i.e., you speak both “HR language” and “IT language”). </li><li>Communication and consulting skills – Ability to lead workshops, listen to clients, and formulate clear solutions</li><li>Excellent English (daily communication in an international environment) is a must. <ul><li>Knowledge of German is big plus.</li></ul></li><li>You don’t need to be a programmer, but you should understand technical contexts and be able to specify requirements for IT specialists.
