Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design department in developing architectural and interior design solutions from concept through construction documentation

Skilled in leading new-project interviews and delivering client presentations, communicating clearly and confidently with a polished, professional presence
Forward thinking keeping ahead of the trends and research with design programs, R&D and thought leadership
Direct the preparation of conceptual designs, space plans, FF&E selection, and client presentations
Oversee the concurrent development of multiple interior architecture projects
Manage overall project execution, including team coordination, schedules, budgets, fees, and profitability
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and leadership
Produce and present high-quality graphic and written materials, including presentations, correspondence, and marketing support materials
Guide and mentor design staff through project supervision, coaching, and training
Assist in practice planning, development, and operational improvement initiatives
Support business development efforts by maintaining existing client relationships and helping generate new opportunities

Proven experience building and maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented studio environment
Strong working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Advanced rendering and visual communication skills
Experience with business development activities, including lead and opportunity management, proposal development, and contract management
Expert-level ability to plan, prepare, lead, and deliver meetings and client presentations
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships successfully
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline-driven environment
