    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As our <strong>Janitor</strong>, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.</li>\n <li>Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, appliances, windows, etc.</li>\n <li>Restock supplies.</li>\n <li>Empty and clean trash containers and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.</li>\n <li>Clean office, restrooms, or designated areas and ensure cleaning supplies are organized and well-stocked.</li>\n <li>Ensure facility and grounds are free of debris; includes hallways, stairways, walkways, parking lot, main entrance, and lobby.</li>\n <li>Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.</li>\n <li>Observe and report damage of property.</li>\n <li>NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Required):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.</li>\n <li>Must be reliable and have good time management skills.</li>\n <li>Must have high work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
