contributes learnings and reusable patterns to improve broader team effectiveness.</strong></li><li><strong>Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.</strong></li><li>Design, develop, and maintain secure, high‑quality production code using modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python), following SDLC and enterprise engineering standards.</li><li>Build and maintain microservices and API-driven architectures, developing and integrating RESTful APIs, and supporting event-driven or real-time use cases where appropriate.</li><li>Produce and review architecture and design artifacts for complex systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and non-functional requirements (security, performance, resiliency, scalability).</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable production code; actively participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues across development, test, and production environments.</li><li>Support platform stability through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous optimization.</li><li>Implement operational best practices including logging, monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability.</li><li>Develop and integrate AI<span>‑</span>assisted workflows and automations within enterprise platforms (including Monday.com), ensuring reliability, governance, observability, and secure usage.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Formal training or certification on system design concepts and 3+ years applied experience</li><li>5+ years' experience in&nbsp;Full stack ReactJS, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python and AWS</li><li><strong>Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.</strong></li><li><strong>Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage within team practices.</strong></li><li>Experience supporting or integrating SaaS platforms, particularly Monday.com or similar workflow/project management tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</li><li>Proven experience in full-stack development, covering both front-end and back-end systems.</li><li>Experience designing and building distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.</li><li>Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS cloud environments.</li><li>Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab CI.</li><li>Experience implementing automation or AI assisted features within production software platforms or workflows.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>SCIM integration for Enterprise application access management&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Databricks integration for cloud applications&nbsp;</li><li>Experience supporting or integrating SaaS platforms, particularly Monday.com or similar workflow/project management tools.</li><li>Experience with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing) and production engineering practices.</li><li>Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and enterprise workflow automation.</li><li>Experience working in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments.</li><li>Deploy, manage, and operate applications in AWS, leveraging services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and container platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with AI enabled workflow features, intelligent automation, or GenAI assisted capabilities in enterprise environments.</li></ul>",
