You will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> the pre-press stage of the packaging process, preparing printer-ready files for </span><span>production</span><span>and ensuring quality standards for outgoing files. This role reports to the VP of Development &amp; Packaging.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work closely with the Art Team and Creative + Development Team to understand project requirements and specifications</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prepare printer-ready files for various packaging materials, including labels, folding cartons, rigid boxes, belly bands, corrugated cartons, influencer</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Evaluate client assets to make sure provided logos, illustrations and artwork are high-quality, and communicate to Development and Creative partners when updated assets are needed</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Optimize</span><span> files for printing, ensuring they meet industry standards and our clients' specifications</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Display </span><span>high level</span><span> of accuracy and attention to details in artwork delivery</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Review design files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conduct pre-press checks to </span><span>identify</span><span> and rectify any issues related to color accuracy, image resolution, and fonts</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to relentlessly collaborate as well as work independently on several different projects at once</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage version control and file organization to ensure efficient production workflows</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Exercise judgment and project management skills, both personally and with team members, to balance priorities and communicate to teams to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitment</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Highly organized in </span><span>maintaining</span><span> production files to increase job efficiency and ensure that files and elements are easy to </span><span>locate</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Duties might include minor retouching, color </span><span>correction</span><span> or artwork clean-up</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proactive about deadlines and timeline executions</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Qualifications:</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>3+ years as a Production Artist</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator experience necessary</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Must have experience working with file releases for print production</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>An understanding of color management techniques to </span><span>maintain</span><span> color consistency during print production.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proficient understanding of various print and finishing techniques, including hot stamping, embossing/debossing, the Pantone color system, special coatings, and die cuts.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to execute design tasks efficiently and accurately.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to work after-hours and on different time zones when necessary</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Must be flexible, open-minded, and respond to constructive criticism with revisions to designs and </span><span>projects</span><span> as necessary.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, </span><span>listening</span><span> and decision-making skills.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
