          "text": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Mass Spectrometry Scientist (LC-MS/MS – Peptides/Proteomics)</strong> to support advanced peptide characterization and modification analysis using high-resolution mass spectrometry. This role is highly technical and focused on <strong>method development, workflow optimization, and complex data interpretation</strong> to support molecular characterization efforts.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with <strong>peptide mapping and MS/MS fragmentation techniques</strong> in a laboratory environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, optimize, and execute <strong>accurate-mass LC-MS/MS workflows</strong> for peptide identification, sequence confirmation, and modification analysis</li><li>Apply <strong>high-resolution MS and MS/MS fragmentation techniques</strong> (CID, HCD, ETD) for confident identification and site localization of peptide modifications and isomers</li><li>Optimize <strong>sample preparation and enzymatic digestion workflows</strong> to enhance detection of low-abundance species</li><li>Analyze and interpret <strong>complex proteomic and peptide datasets</strong> using industry-standard software</li><li>Advance and refine LC-MS/MS methods to support <strong>broader structural and molecular characterization initiatives</strong></li><li>Document experimental procedures, results, and interpretations following best practices</li><li>Communicate findings clearly to <strong>cross-functional scientific teams</strong></li></ul>",
