    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>As a Fruit Expert / Sales Associate at Edible Arrangements, you will play a crucial role in creating delightful, fresh fruit arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. You will take customer orders via phone, walk-ins, and online, ensuring that every order is accurately processed and fulfilled. In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for preparing and designing fruit bouquets, dipped fruit boxes, platters, and dessert boards, contributing to the overall in-store experience. Working closely with customers, store associates, and store leadership, your contributions will ensure that each customer leaves with a positive and memorable Edible Arrangements experience.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and engage with every customer to identify their needs, offering product suggestions to enhance their Edible Arrangements experience</li><li>Accept and process orders accurately through phone, in-store, and online channels, ensuring all orders are properly recorded and accounted for</li><li>Prepare and design a variety of Edible Arrangements products, including fruit bouquets, dipped fruit boxes, platters, and dessert boards, adhering to company procedures and portion sizes</li><li>Follow all food safety and sanitation standards in food preparation, packaging, and handling</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing routine cleaning tasks, including taking out the trash and cleaning work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure all store tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner</li><li>Take direction from store leaders and assist with any other tasks or duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale systems</li><li>Ability to learn and adhere to quality, cleanliness, and inspection standards for food preparation</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage difficult customer interactions calmly and professionally</li><li>Willingness to take responsibility for learning all aspects of the position and continuously improving</li><li>Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work assigned shifts and show up on time consistently</li><li>Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback from supervisors or managers</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment</li></ul><p><strong>Physical and Additional Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lift, carry, and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and scooping throughout shifts.</li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 85% of the work shift.</li></ul><p>*All content enclosed in this job description is subject to change at the discretion of Edible Brands</p></div></div>\n",
