Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfaces.</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br>  • Clean offices, auditoriums, classrooms, washrooms, kitchen, dining areas, halls,<br>   entrances/exits, reception areas, and more;<br>  • Ensure proper sanitation & disinfection procedures are followed;<br>  • Replenish supplies as needed;<br>  • Ensure garbage disposal in proper bins;<br>  • Clean all dry & wet spills throughout the facility as required;<br>  • Maintain & secure storage areas, cleaning equipment & materials in an orderly manner;<br>  • Report equipment repairs and stock shortages;<br>  • Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs;<br>  • Report damage & acts of vandalism;<br>  • Other duties as assigned</p><p><strong>SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong><br>  • Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment<br>  • Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System<br>  • Ability to read & understand labels & instructions<br>  • Previous custodial experience an asset<br>  • Acceptable security and criminal record check.<br> </p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><ul><li>Ability to pass Canadian Background Check</li><li>experience with operating cleaning equipment & floor maintenance machines </li></ul><p><strong>BEST </strong>is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and encourages applicants of all backgrounds.</p><p>Click apply today!</p><p> </p><p> </p>",
