This role ensures that cultural knowledge is integrated with other services, supporting staff, Elders, Knowledge Holders, and community members to ensure that services reflect and respect Anishinaabe values, cultural protocols, and promote balance of the mind, body, spirit, and emotions (Mino-bimaadiziwin).",
