    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong>Under the direction of a department supervisor or lead, performs a variety of tasks and operations that are required&nbsp;to support and execute CNC Mill department priorities and goals. This includes setup and programming of CNC Mill machines, inspecting parts, completing documentation and performing preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties within the manufacturing space. Adherence to established Standard Work Instructions (SWI&rsquo;s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP&rsquo;s), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Quality Management System (QMS) is essential.</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Principle Duties / Responsibilities:</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to operate multiple CNC Mill machines, do machine changeovers, and machine setups to support production and customer on time delivery.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to program in SolidCAM, edit/optimize program if needed, and setup a new program for any single spindle milling machine Haas, Hurco, or Robodrill as well as multi spindle 5 axis milling machines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure tool paths are optimized for efficiency, precision, and minimal tool wear.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced understanding of CNC Mill G-Code.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to load, verify, and debug CNC programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to adjust offsets and program as necessary to achieve design specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mentor Level 1,2 and 3 CNC Mill Programmers to improve department skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understand and execute EPICOR ERP transactions to support job functions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Document production by completing forms, reports, logs and records of jobs and equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate and maintain equipment by following established procedures, perform preventive maintenance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to Tyber Medical Safety and OSHA requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Work Instructions (SWI&rsquo;s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP&rsquo;s), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Quality Management System (QMS).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Other duties as assigned.</em></li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience / Core Competencies:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be a&nbsp;CNC Mill Programmer lll for 2 years or have sufficient prior experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of data entry, ERP, and job traveler execution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of SOP, SWI, cGMP, GDP and QMS.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to create setup sheets and work instructions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent knowledge of measuring tools, i.e., calipers, micrometers, vision systems, hard gages, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&amp;T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven ability to work in a production environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, and effectively under pressure.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effective written and oral communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Skilled in understanding and following verbal and written communication instructions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong finger and hand dexterity.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong visual and auditory acuity.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.</li></ul></div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required / Preferred Education</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">8 years of CNC Mill Programming 5 axis machines preferably with experience with multi spindle 5-axis machines</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
