Join us and grow with a leader in the industry!</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking the position of an Janitorial Supervisor.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an Janitorial Supervisor for Allied Universal Janitorial Services, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and working alongside crew performing daily cleaning of mall common areas, including restrooms, food court, and other public areas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for full time positions.</li>\n <li>Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.</li>\n <li>Bilingual Spanish is preferred.</li>\n <li>Certain positions may require successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills with customer, patrons, and employees- assisting others in a friendly and engaging manner at all times.</li>\n <li>Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and reliability on completing tasks that can be repetitive.</li>\n <li>Possess the integrity and ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Experience in operations, diagnostics and maintaining HVAC/chiller systems.</li>\n <li>Possess strong maintenance skills/knowledge and computer proficiency.</li>\n <li>Make a professional impression, both in appearance and conduct with highly effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Exudes confidence and comfort in interacting effectively with all management levels.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work hands-on and where needed, alongside the staff.</li>\n <li>Passion to embrace change with the ability to modify goals and directives quickly.</li>\n <li>Capable of multi-tasking, using independent judgment, and solid decision-making.</li>\n <li>Sound knowledge of OSHA and safety standards for housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping programs.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ability to operate machinery including high lifts, motorized tools, and vehicles.</li>\n   <li>Ability to climb ladders and walk the rooftop of the facility.</li>\n   <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.</li>\n   <li>Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, drive, and operate equipment frequently and repetitively.</li>\n   <li>Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to handle any requests and/or incidents at the site.</li>\n   <li>Must be flexible and able to adapt to variable shift hours, including possible weekends and nights, as needed by the company</li>\n   <li>Reliable transportation is required.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
