Just imagine being part of this – playing with ideas, creating magical experiences, and learning while growing and building your dream career.  \n<h2>Guest Experience Lead - LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Act as <strong>Supervisor on Duty</strong>, keeping Admissions running smoothly</li>\n <li> Assign, support, and motivate front-line teams to be truly <strong>guest-obsessed</strong></li>\n <li> Manage queues and guest flow safely and efficiently during peak times</li>\n <li> Champion <strong>health, safety, and compliance</strong> across all departments</li>\n <li> Resolve guest issues quickly by coordinating with the right teams</li>\n <li> Train and develop Hosts (ride safety, food safety, retail standards & more)</li>\n <li> Coach performance, empower guest recovery, and elevate service standards</li>\n <li> Jump in where needed—training, scheduling, engagement, and support</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications & Experience</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> High school diploma or GED required</li>\n <li> Experience in attractions, entertainment, or service-based roles preferred</li>\n <li> Proven customer service and guest interaction skills</li>\n <li> Passion for entertaining children and families</li>\n <li> Ability to train, coach, and develop others effectively</li>\n <li> Fun, outgoing, and confident leadership style</li>\n <li> Strong communication and motivational skills</li>\n <li> Commitment to delivering <strong>top-tier guest experiences</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>Workplace - Children are our role models.
