The hours are day shift, generally starting around 7 am. The vehicle is provided and the route is easily navigated through an app on a company provided work phone.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you have a passion and desire to enrich the lives and touch the hearts of older adults, consider joining our team in providing compassionate and high quality care and services within a caring Christian culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>$1,000 Hiring Bonus for a limited time</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EOE/AA</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Service Coordinator/Driver position is responsible for picking up meals from the Home Delivered Meals kitchen, delivering the meals to seniors on a specified route, rotating and observing consumption of food, assessing home situations, interacting with customers, ensuring that seniors are communicated with and are safe; reporting any information that presents a question or concern for a senior’s well-being or safety to management immediately, maintaining documentation including collecting and filing menus and returning the food carriers to the home delivered meals main kitchen.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>\n<li>A Valid Class D driver’s license.</li>\n<li>Previous work experience as a driver preferred.</li>\n<li>Excellent driving record.</li>\n<li>Must possess patience, tact, positive attitude, enthusiasm, ability to work as independently as well as a team player.</li>\n<li>Must have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work independently and effectively with clients, coworkers, family members, visitors, and the public.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.</li>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 - $20.59 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role.
