Description
As a Senior Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell , you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and operational efficiency. You will apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize manufacturing equipment and systems, contributing directly to the success of our production goals.
You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that products meet stringent standards and are delivered on time to our customers. Your technical skills and proactive approach will help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
Responsibilities
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes and equipment promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all manufacturing activities.
• Document maintenance activities, process changes, and technical issues accurately for continuous improvement and audit purposes.
Qualifications
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,500 - $90,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing technician roles with strong hands-on technical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and techniques for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience working with manufacturing process controls and quality assurance standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance in a manufacturing environment.

• Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing technology or related field.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
