Description

POSITION SUMMARY We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in connecting marketing initiatives with sales execution. In this role, you'll help create compelling content, manage key sales support projects, and work closely with our sales teams to align messaging, drive customer engagement, and support the business line’s revenue goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO: •    Manage a variety of customer-facing B2B and B2B2C marketing projects, balancing multiple deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and results. •    Collaborate with our sales teams to develop marketing materials that support their outreach, including sales collateral, presentations, and promotional content. •    Draft and edit content for marketing collateral and other print and digital materials – including emails, social media, and web site content. •    Proofread and edit marketing materials. •    Manage the annual advertising calendar and track/report on the performance of associated campaigns. •    Manage and track the execution of industry trade shows, sponsorships, and association memberships. •    Partner with our in-house graphic design team and external print partners to ensure timely production and delivery of projects. •    Manage marketing collateral and promotional item supply for sales and trade show needs. •    Communicate frequently with our sales team members and other internal partners via phone, email and other methods to complete assignments and ensure client marketing needs are met. •    Be ready to contribute to other marketing and communications initiatives as needed. Flexibility and a team mindset are key. •    Please note this is a well-rounded marketing communications position comprising both print and digital marketing responsibilities, event management and interactions with our sales teams. It is not a purely digital marketing position. WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE: This is your chance to bridge the gap between marketing execution and sales success. You’ll work alongside a talented team of marketers and collaborate closely with Sales to make a measurable impact. Whether you're creating a product flyer for a trade show or crafting email and social content that converts leads to sales, your work will directly support business growth, and no two days will ever be the same. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS •    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. •    4+ years of previous marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •    Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required. •    High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Outlook & MS 365 applications. •    Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize, ability to manage deadlines, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills. •    Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). •    Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients. •    Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. •    Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management. •    Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting. PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT •    Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see. •    Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
