          "text": "<p>This Senior Financial Analyst role sits within the FP&amp;A team and serves as a key finance partner for revenue planning and business performance across Care.com’s business lines. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for revenue-driving functions and will work directly with business leaders to turn financial data into clear, strategic decisions.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Working On</strong></p><p><strong>Revenue Planning &amp; Forecasting</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the development and maintenance of revenue models used for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across Care.com’s business lines</li><li>Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics and business trends, providing regular updates and variance analysis to senior management</li><li>Help design and evaluate business plans, budgets, and forecasts — and clearly communicate the ‘so what’ to stakeholders</li><li>Identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue performance and proactively surface recommendations</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Business Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the preparation of weekly reporting that highlights operational results, forecasts, and business plans across the company’s divisions</li><li>Work closely with finance managers and business unit leaders to support strategic decision-making and meet strict reporting timelines</li><li>Prepare materials for key meetings including weekly and monthly business reviews and forecast update sessions</li><li>Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings clearly to senior leadership</li></ul><p><strong>Process &amp; Tools</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain sophisticated financial models with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability</li><li>Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance forecasting and reporting tools and methodologies</li><li>Operate with a high degree of independence and contribute successfully across cross-functional teams</li></ul>",
