Please define the short and long-term value capture metrics to support mcfa ’s investment in your potential and this role. These should be connected to the KPIs outlined in Section 3.

Critical to our ability to evaluate your performance against this new role, and to provide evaluative and developmental feedback, please provide the performance management structure and content that most effectively reflect this role. Note: this will be considered in addition to the Quarterly Conversations/Reviews that mcfa currently provides all Team Members.
