As we grow, we’re building a team of incredible PCAs who are ready to bring heart, skill, and dedication to our clients.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Care Partners Caregivers Are:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Empathetic, loving, and truly present when caring for others</p></li><li><p>Understand the power of connection and want to build meaningful relationships with clients.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Open-minded, non-judgmental, and able to meet people exactly where they are—physically, emotionally, and environmentally</p></li><li><p>Know how to stay calm in difficult moments and can navigate delicate family dynamics with professionalism and grace</p></li><li><p>Ready to be a part of something bigger—a team committed to reshaping what quality home care looks and feels like in our community</p></li></ul><p><strong>What Caregivers Do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Assist with all aspects of personal care, including showering, bathing, toileting, changing incontinence briefs, dressing, and hygiene</p></li><li><p>Safely support client transfers using gait belts and/or hoyer lifts as needed</p></li><li><p>Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, pet care as needed</p></li><li><p>Offer companionship, emotional support, and a consistent, comforting presence</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our care team to ensure the highest level of care</p></li></ul><p><strong>Looking For Caregivers With:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Reliability and strong communication skills</p></li><li><p>Experience with hands-on personal care (or a strong desire to learn)</p></li><li><p>Passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member</p></li><li><p>Previous PCA/CNA/Caregiving experience highly preferred</p></li></ul><p><strong>Caregiver Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proof of negative TB test- if you need it, we’ll pay for it!</p></li><li><p>Ability to pass a drug screen</p></li><li><p>Authorized to work in the US</p></li><li><p>Registered Home Care Aide (HCA)</p></li><li><p>CPR/First Aid Certification- if you need it, we’ll pa<strong>y for it!</strong></p></li></ul>",
