    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Currently DeMaria is seeking an experienced, team oriented Construction Project Superintendent</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">If you possess dynamic leadership capabilities and welcome a challenging position in a fast paced environment, consider a career opportunity as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Construction Project Superintendent with DeMaria.</span></span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">• Providing overall on site management of construction projects from start to finish and ensure timely completion within budget.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">• Coordinate the work of the subcontractors at the job site.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">• Monitor the project schedule and progress to keep it on track.
