The HCM Sales Associate works to generate revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative.  </span></span><span> </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span> and develop new prospects through working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and </span><span>maintain</span><span> relationships with referral sources such </span><span>as</span><span> CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers as referral partners to further penetrate the market, build your </span><span>brand,</span><span> and obtain quota. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Become a master of Asure’s online Demo to </span><span>utilize</span><span> as a walk-through tool while prospecting. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/</span><span>O</span><span>utreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn </span><span>Navigator.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and manage an overflowing sales funnel of new opportunities to </span><span>attain</span><span> and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Leverages Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Qualifications</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor’s Degree preferred</span><span>.  </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>5 years’ experience in a quota-driven sales environment</span><span>.  </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred but not required</span><span>.  </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment</span><span>.  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively</span><span>.  </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven relationship building and client service skills</span><span>.  </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proactive, results oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales</span><span>.  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrates an ambitious, positive mindset with self-motivation to surpass performance goals, grow earnings, and progress professionally. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred</span><span>.  </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span> </span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Compensation</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The base </span><span>hourly </span><span>range for this position is</span><span> $26.50 - $31.25</span><span>, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge.  The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
