    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Leading FST teams in providing operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support to all C4I systems and networks onboard SURTASS vessels</li>\n <li>Utilizing the WILD trouble ticket application to log all maintenance trouble tickets for action in the JSN/WKRQ log; this shall include all applicable labor, external technical assistance, parts, and time expended</li>\n <li>Submitting, tracking, and/or verifying trouble tickets are submitted to external commands, as required, and actively working to resolve open trouble tickets</li>\n <li>Generating reports for SURTASS mission systems status as directed by the government </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING</strong></p>\n<p><em>#LI-LL1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology or four years of relevant field experience and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification</li>\n <li>Eight years of practical hands-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of data networks, digital computers, microprocessors, cloud computing environments, and distributed data systems</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in Radio Frequency (RF) solutions, network security, Quality of Service (QOS), and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) for current and future shipboard networking systems required</li>\n <li>Must be able to troubleshoot network connectivity issues, repair hardware, and perform daily tasks such as status reports, asset tracking, and generating/resolving trouble tickets</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with updating systems, including operating systems, networking and storage templates, server design, storage allocation, and virtualization</li>\n <li>Must be able to stage, image, and deploy laptop and desktop machines, as well as migrate data</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in developing network automation solutions and experience with new network technologies including voice, automation, and other network technologies</li>\n <li>Five years of combined experience in the management, administration, maintenance, and repair of UNIX/LINUX and Windows based computer networks, including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>ISNS, CANES, ADNS, CENTRIXS, and/or SCI Navy systems (or equivalent type network)</li>\n   <li>Windows based network management and administration</li>\n   <li>Cisco routing and switching, and server and router configuration and management</li>\n   <li>UNIX/LINUX based processing systems management</li>\n   <li>Application of system and network security using standardized tools and techniques</li>\n   <li>Other networking tools, software, and appliances</li>\n   <li>Security+ Continuing Education (CE)</li>\n   <li>Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)</li>\n   <li>Operating System certifications for:</li>\n   <li>Configuring Windows 10 (70-697)</li>\n   <li>Configuring Windows Server 2012 (70-410)</li>\n   <li>Administering Windows Server 2012 (70-411)</li>\n   <li>LINUX</li>\n   <li>Database Management</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> None</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Up to 25% travel may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
