          "text": "<p></p><ul><li>Work closely with the IAM Solution Manager to help drive the client’s vision, strategy and roadmap for identity and access management. </li><li>Work closely with Global Security Services to further define and enforce Access Control policies and application authentication / authorization policies such as session management, multi-factor authentication, audit, reporting and compliance. </li><li>Help drive and evaluate technology solutions to ensure the client is on the forefront of enterprise security. </li><li>Be an active leader and drive the enterprise adoption of IAM products as appropriate. </li><li>Guide the implementation and development for IAM. </li><li>Own and drive the IAM technology and operations project portfolio including schedules, dependency management, risk management, communication plans for upgrades, patches, new features, etc. </li><li>As the IAM single point of contact, work closely with the IT Strategic Technology Partners to evaluate new application integration requests from our business partners. </li><li>Drive and coordinate technology or application POCs as appropriate. </li><li>Drive cross functional efforts across multiple locations / geos </li><li>Provide IAM development expertise for integration of new applications and development of new custom features. </li><li>Provide IAM administration support for policy updates of ongoing application development as appropriate. </li><li>Make recommendations for improvements to existing infrastructure and application deployments.</li></ul><p></p>",

          "text": "<p>This role requires someone with a minimum of 5 years as an Oracle IAM developer or lead developing and deploying solutions for large scale Identity and Access Management technologies. Two of those years should be on Oracle 11g R2. </p><ul><li>Must have at least 2 years of experience working with Identity Federation services with Oracle OAM / OIF, including in depth troubleshooting techniques. </li><li>BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree. </li><li>Must have expert knowledge with Identity Federation and well versed in SAML 2.0. </li><li>Must be strong in core Java including design principles and best practices. </li><li>An understanding of network computing, performance, concepts and current practices. </li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of technologies to deliver complex solutions </li><li>Ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li><li>Ability to compose and present material to communicate difficult concepts and gain consensus </li><li>Effective time management skills demonstrated by successful and timely completion of projects </li><li>Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment </li><li>Clear and concise oral and written communication is a must. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><i>Preferred: </i></p><ul><li>Agile experience with Scrum </li><li>Advanced security certifications</li></ul>",
