      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>\n<p>Develop, deploy, and maintain backend applications using Java, GoLang, and Python,&nbsp;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Design and implement FHIR-compliant APIs and services for healthcare data exchange</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Build and maintain integrations with FHIR servers and healthcare data platforms</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Support transition from legacy data formats toward FHIR-based architectures</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop frontend components using Angular, HTML, and TypeScript</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage database development using SQL, including performance tuning and optimization</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Work with AWS services to build scalable and secure cloud infrastructure</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance across healthcare reporting workflows</p>\n</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years of development experience</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Java, Spring boot</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>GoLang, Python, Angular or TypeScript (at least 2)</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Cloud experience, preferably AWS</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in Agile development methodology</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines from commit through production deployment</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong relational database experience such as PostgreSQL</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs aligned to FHIR specifications</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability patterns</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working with healthcare data formats such as QRDA, C-CDA, or claims data</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Understanding of digital quality measurement concepts, including eCQM and dQM</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) or exposure to measure logic execution</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or similar platforms</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience designing or consuming FHIR resources such as Measure, MeasureReport, Patient, Encounter, and Observation</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Understanding of data validation, data quality, and regulatory reporting constraints in healthcare systems</p>\n</li>\n\n</div>"
